Prof Ibrahim Moungande A
Pr. MOUNGANDE Ibrahim Aliloulay is a scholar and researcher in Information and Communication Sciences, specializing in communication semiotics, ethnoscenology, and performance arts criticism. Holding a PhD from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he adopts an interdisciplinary approach to analyzing meaning in media and cultural practices. Currently a Maître de conférences and Director of JAOF University Institute of Science, he leads academic development and research initiatives. Author of over twenty publications, his work explores communication, culture, and artistic expression in African and global contexts.

Director of Studies Academic Affairs
Dr Takuissu Guy
Dr. Guy Takuissu is a Public Health Nutritionist and One Health Scientist with over six years of experience in metabolic biochemistry and environmental epidemiology. He serves as Director of Academic Affairs and Research at JHIS, leading curriculum innovation and research development. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Yaoundé I and has authored over 55 peer-reviewed publications. A member of the Global Young Academy and ANH Academy, he is committed to mentoring young scientists and advancing evidence-based public health in Africa.

Director of Studies Academic Affairs
Mr Hessel Joseph
An experienced education professional with 35 years in teaching, pedagogy, and academic leadership. He has served as an inspector of science education and head of department for tourism, hospitality, and catering across several private higher education institutions. A recognized member of a UNESCO-affiliated research circle on teaching, he also coordinated pedagogical initiatives under French cooperation programs. An accomplished author of multiple school textbooks, he is a Chevalier des Palmes Académiques and has provided pedagogical advisory support to numerous educational institutions.

Deputy Coordinator of the BTS cycle
Dr Cecile Ngock
Holding a PhD in Public Law, she is a dedicated legal scholar and educator with a strong commitment to academic excellence. She serves as a lecturer in law and as Deputy Coordinator of the BTS cycle at JHIS, where she supports programme management, student supervision, and curriculum implementation. Passionate about training future professionals, she contributes to strengthening legal education through effective teaching, mentorship, and administrative leadership.

Research Assistant & Internships Coordinator
Ms Mbohli Nadege Ayuni Zoh
A public health specialist with over four years of experience in community health, research, and capacity building in Cameroon. She has strong expertise in epidemiology and data-driven programming, focusing on improving outcomes for vulnerable populations. At the J&A Oben Foundation, she serves as Research Assistant and Internships Coordinator within JHIS, leading internship programs, supporting research, and building strategic partnerships. Passionate about strengthening health systems, she promotes locally driven, policy-informed solutions that translate research into impactful community interventions. She is bilingual in English and French.

Mr Ndenkeh Peter Fombuwing
Assistant Coordinator for Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes at JHIS University. He supports academic operations, student services, and programme development to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Working closely with faculty and administration, he is committed to maintaining academic standards and promoting student success. Based in Yaoundé, he is dedicated to creating an environment that enables students to thrive both academically and professionally.

Mr Kamdem Gildas
A Master’s graduate in Biochemistry from the University of Yaoundé I and currently a doctoral candidate at the same institution, he combines strong academic training with a passion for research. He serves as a lecturer and Student Monitoring Coordinator at JHIS, where he supports teaching activities and closely tracks student progress. Dedicated to academic excellence, he is committed to mentoring students, strengthening their performance, and contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge.
